Manage Training Records Online With Email Expiration Notification

Store employee-training records online. Records will be available for download anywhere anytime.

Your company assigned training administrator will be notified via e-mail 60 and 30 days prior to employees training expiring.

Fax or e-mail employees completed training records to Smith & Associates where they will be uploaded to our secured website. You designate the required training frequency of each training topic (i.e. monthly, yearly, etc.).

View online employee training reports by employee, expired training, training topics.

Management of Return to Work Policy

• Monthly status checks with your insurance company for open claims
• Employee letter requesting medical provider info. at the time of employment and existing employees if this has not been done (This letter is required by law)

• Review all employee/supervisor accidents and incidents reports
• Write final Investigation Reports (from information provided)
• Report serious accidents to OSHA which will also include the written initial report
• Provide insurance company with any requested information regarding to an accident
