Audiometry

Audiometry is a hearing test with a portable audiometer. This meets OSHA requirements for hearing conservation programs. Each ear is tested at 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000, and 8000 Hz. The results are signed by a physician and sent to the employer.
