Management of Return to Work
Policy
Smith & Associates will develop a
return to work policy, which will include:
- A written policy
- Initial letters to your
medical providers informing them of the policy
and required actions
to take
- Monthly status checks with your insurance
company for open claims
- Employee letter requesting
medical provider info. at the time of employment
and existing employees if this has not been done (This letter is
required by law)
