Unless otherwise specified, all shipping from Smith & Associates is
through FedEx. They generally provide very fast and efficient service. Delivery
times usually range from two to five days from the date your order actually
leaves our factory.
Your shipping location is an important factor in how long it will take for
your order to arrive. It is difficult to guarantee delivery on an exact day.
However, if you do need your products delivered even faster, you can request
and pay for alternate rush delivery options.
Any order being shipped within the State of California where Smith &
Associates is located will be required to pay 9.75% sales tax.
Orders shipped outside of California do not have to pay California State
sales tax.
All orders with Smith & Associates will start as soon as the order is
paid. We accept Visa & MasterCard.
Smith & Associates also accepts checks. Personal checks will delay us
from starting your order until your check has cleared the bank (i.e. usually 10
days). If you want to expedite your order with a check, we suggest using either
a cashier's check or money order. This is like paying with cash by eliminating
any holding delays by the bank.
Full refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued provided that the
merchandise is in resalable condition upon receipt and the merchandise is
returned within 15 days of the ship date on your invoice (receipt).
Before returning any merchandise for a refund or exchange, please email us at
store@smith4safety.net. We will provide you with information necessary for the
return or exchange.
Damaged/Defective Item: Damaged or
defective merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible by emailing
store@smith4safety.net. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for
items that were received either defective or damaged.
Non-received/Received Wrong Item: If
your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order,
please contact us immediately by emailing store@smith4safety.net. We will need
to know what item(s) you received in error, if any, and what item(s) were
missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct
your order.
Exchanges: If you would like to
exchange any of the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 15 days
from the ship date on your invoice (receipt) by emailing store@smith4safety.net.
Shipping charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full
before exchanged merchandise is shipped.
Refunds: Refunds (less shipping and
handling) will be issued for the full purchase price for returned merchandise
provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition when it is returned and
that the merchandise is returned within 15 days of the ship date on your
invoice (receipt). You must first notify us by emailing store@smith4safety.net.
Sale/clearance items and items sold "AS IS" are not refundable.
Special purchase items may have refund restrictions. Please include a copy of
your invoice with your return.
