Contractor Management

Be pro-active managing your contractors safety. Take sufficient steps to meet OSHA's requirements as a multi-employer jobsite.

Registered contracting companies will receive the following materials and services:

• Pre-shift Inspection Forms
• Pre-shift Basic Equipment Forms
• First Aid Kit Inspection Forms
• Weekly Safety Meetings
• Monthly Continuity Color Code
• Monthly Safety Trainers w/Quiz
• Accident/Incident Forms
• One DVD per month from our video lending library
• Upload Employee Training Certificates for easy viewing (max 50)
• Upload MSDS's for easy viewing (max50)
• Telephone Support and Research – 2 hours per month
• Weekly contractors will mail or fax their completed documentation to Smith & Associates for review and verification. A submittal report will be uploaded for review. This service does not include mailing material or postage for completed documentation.
